THE AVIARY

The Aviary has a great space to hang out and have a good time with pinball, an arcade and foosball. They serve great food, and have a bottle shop on site. Their wrap around patio seats 130+ people and has its own set of summer/lawn games.

Interior fit out for new brew pub. New washroom facilities on raised platform, new bar, work platform, kitchen equipment, walk-in cooler and freezer. Full HVAC systems and distribution, electrical systems and lighting, fire protection and suppression systems. Full interior finishes. Wrap around patio railings.
