We start by answering all your questions and educating you on the different contract types available, helping you choose the best fit for your project. Once we receive your drawings, we tender the project out to our trusted trades for pricing and compile a detailed quote for you.
Transparency is key, so we walk you through our comprehensive quote to ensure you fully understand the level of service, quality, and value you will receive. Once the contract is signed, we seamlessly transition into the construction phase, bringing your vision to life with confidence and clarity.

Once construction begins, we handle all the heavy lifting so you can focus on the excitement of seeing your project come to life. We take care of managing subcontractors, coordinating deliveries, scheduling inspections, and keeping everything on track—both in terms of time and budget.
Communication is key, and we keep you informed every step of the way. We offer regular site meetings—either in person or virtually—to keep you updated. Plus, with BuilderTrend, our project management software, you’ll have real-time access to daily
logs, progress photos, budget updates, and the project schedule from anywhere.
As we reach completion, we’ll conduct a full walk-through with you, ensure all permits
are closed, and hand over a beautifully finished space that’s ready for you to enjoy.
