One of the most significant challenges was completing floor scanning and core drilling in a space densely packed with conduit. Additionally, structural beams and a column cap in the existing layout necessitated a redesign of the washroom and kitchenette.
Fortitude worked closely with the client and designers to develop practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions, ensuring the project’s success while maintaining a collaborative approach across all teams.
